• ACI Motors is looking for performance driven candidates for "Sr. Quality Engineer - manufacturing" Position for its Yamaha CKD Assembling Plant, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum Quality of Manufactured part with Yamaha Quality Standard.
• Achieve daily inspection target & report to Line Manager timely.
• Prepare operation standard, quality standard of Welding & Painting part & apply to team with proper way.
• Operate the CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) & ensure proper measurement of welded part.
• Maintain all quality related document as per standard.
• Motivate the team to create a high performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.
• Train new employees on inspection and repair procedure with operation standard.
• Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together.
• Prepare daily CMM Check report & submit to Line manager at the Right time.
• Provide technician control record at right time.
• Ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
